Escape and Survive

The Escape and Survive series is intended to teach women and children effective, easy-to-remember techniques for getting out of dangerous situations. No complicated moves or expensive, time-consuming training - just common sense self defense. Two full training videos and numerous short videos, with more to be added regularly. These training videos will teach women how to escape various attacks, grabs, and assaults without the need for a struggle or fight with your attacker. You will learn to get free from your attacker in the simplest way possible, stun if necessary, and escape the situation. These techniques are also very beneficial for working with your children! Whether your child is cornered by a bully or finds themselves in an attempted abduction scenario, these training videos will teach them the tools they need to get free and get home safely.
