My Hope Alive Odessa

Pastors Cliff and Martha DeArmond serve as the Lead Pastors of Hope Alive Church.
Cliff and Martha met in 2004 while both serving together in their local church. They were married in 2005 and now have four children, Caleb, Connor, Mariah and Chase.Throughout their lives they have served as Youth Pastors, Children's Pastors, AssociatePastors, Executive Pastors, Praise and Worship Leaders. They worked as Administrators and Teachers of local Christian schools as well as television and media ministry.

Outside of ministry they are entrepreneurs and business owners. Their desire is to use their gifts of administration, creativity, and innovation to help strengthen the local church and to continue to spread the message of hope to the faith and business arenas.
