I also was subscribed but then it stopped working so I resubscribe but it doesn't launch either..so I cancelled it..since you could write a review here but get no response back

Mi cuenta estaba cancelada. Al intentar volver a suscribirse, me saco los chavos pero no sirve. Tampoco puedo eliminar el canal. ROKU no puede ayudar. Cuando hay un evento que se está transmitiendo y muchas personas lo quieren ver, siempre se Friza. No funciona realmente es una porquería NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA PÉSIMO.

The last few days we can’t watch WAPA and Tele Once both have trouble all the time. And those channels are off the air. Can you at least let your subscribers if their is a problem with channels

I have been using your app on my Roku Tv for the past 2 years or so. There are times when the channels don't want to work. In this case, Wapa TV has not been working for more than 3 months, considering that I pay for the services to view this channel. Additionally, Wapa TV is the ONLY channel I enjoy staying informed and up-to-date on the Puerto Rican news since I live in USA. I would like to know why is Wapa TV not working, when will it work, and how can this issue be fixed?
